ANC’s Roadmap to a Free Togo: The Komlan Manifesto

(Published: January 2022) by Komlan Eyram Mensah Dossou

Movements are powerful. But without direction, they are easily crushed.

That’s why the ANC must do more than resist — it must lead. And I, Komlan Eyram Mensah Dossou

I present this as a blueprint for what leadership in a Free Togo could look like.

We call it The Komlan Manifesto, and it is based on five urgent pillars:

1. Constitutional Reconstruction
No president should be above the people. We will immediately restore term limits,

reintroduce direct presidential elections, and depoliticize the electoral commission.

2. National Reconciliation
We will establish a truth and justice commission to address political violence, exile, and economic abuse.

Our past must be confronted if we are to move forward.

3. Economic Sovereignty
We will renegotiate unfair international agreements and prioritize domestic entrepreneurs.

We will invest in agriculture, renewable energy, and digital infrastructure — industries that employ, not exploit.

4. Security Sector Reform
The military and police will no longer serve as private tools of fear.

We will train new forces with a human rights mandate and investigate past abuses.

5. Youth Empowerment
We will create national youth councils, fund startups, support creatives, and link education with jobs.

No youth should feel they must flee Togo to succeed.

This is not utopia. It is survival. It is dignity. It is achievable — if we are willing to fight for it together.

Let this be the decade that Togo wakes up. I am ready. Are you?

  1. Your so-called blog 'Togolese Free' is treason. Faure will not let this pass. The ANC is finished. You are finished. Stay in Europe if you value your life.

  2. You think Europe can protect you, Komlan? You’ll return one day. And so will we.

  3. Do you think you are safe in Portugal? We have friends there too. I only see one option for activists like you. Being silenced forever!

  4. We've been watching your blogging for a while and thought you would stop, you are clearly not stopping. This is a harsh warning, decide to stop or be stopped by us. The regime does not tolerate big mouths like you.

  5. Eternal silence is coming your way komlan if you do not stop publishing these articles.
