That’s why the ANC must do more than resist — it must lead. And I, Komlan Eyram Mensah Dossou I present this as a blueprint for what leadership in a Free Togo could look like. We call it The Komlan Manifesto , and it is based on five urgent pillars: 1. Constitutional Reconstruction No president should be above the people.
